How It Works

Workplace First Aid, From Request to Completion.

Your company’s account and service protocol are established before an injury occurs. When first aid is needed, mobile response can then be requested and coordinated directly to your worksite.

Step 1

Your Account Is Set Up

Before service is needed, your company account is established along with your service protocol, worksite information, key contacts, and company-specific response instructions. This ensures the process is already in place when a workplace injury occurs.

No setup fee. No obligation to use the service.

Step 2

An Injury Occurs

When an employee experiences a non-life-threatening workplace injury, your established account and service protocol are already in place—so you can quickly request mobile first-aid response.

Step 3

You Request Service

When first aid is needed, request service using whichever option is most convenient—call the 24-hour dispatch center or submit a request through the customer app.

Your company and worksite information are already established, helping make the service request quick and straightforward.

Step 4

Dispatch Coordinates Your Response

Once your service request is received, the dispatch team confirms the details of the request and coordinates the appropriate mobile first-aid response based on your established account and service protocol.

An available technician is identified and assigned to respond directly to your worksite.

Step 5

Technician Is Dispatched

A mobile first-aid technician is assigned and dispatched directly to your worksite. Equipped with the necessary first-aid supplies, the technician responds to the employee's location to assess the injury and provide first aid care on site.

Step 6

Technician Arrives at the Worksite

Upon arrival, the technician connects with the employee and assesses the injury. The technician then provides appropriate first aid care.

Step 7

Service Is Documented

Following the service, the technician completes documentation of the assessment and first aid care provided. The completed service documentation is then processed according to the established account protocol.

Step 8

Service Is Completed

Once first aid care and documentation are complete, the service request is closed. If additional evaluation or care is needed, the employee follows the next steps established by their employer.
